The Inner Room
Something inside you has been asking for attention for a while
now - quiet at first, harder to ignore lately.
Maybe it whispers that you’re broken. Maybe it’s the gap between what you know and what you actually do, playing on repeat. Maybe it’s how good you’ve gotten at sounding like someone who has this handled, when underneath, you’re exhausted from holding the performance together.
Whatever it is - you’re not looking for someone to tell you you’re fine. You’re looking for somewhere safe enough to say it all out loud and name what’s true.
Client Love
If you’re looking for someone to simply motivate you, there are plenty of coaches who can do that. If you’re looking for someone who will fundamentally change the way you understand yourself, your patterns, your leadership and your life, Danielle is unlike anyone I’ve worked with.
- The Inner Room client, Self-Employed, Burn-out Recovery
What I discovered was that the biggest thing holding me back wasn’t a lack of capability. It was the weight I was carrying, the stories I believed, and the patterns I’d spent years repeating without even realising.”

- The Inner Room client, Self-Employed, Burn-out Recovery
Her ability to help me understand and process the things holding me back has been one of the greatest blessings in my life.
— The Inner Room client
She challenges you with kindness, never lets you hide behind excuses, but always creates enough safety that you're willing to look at the parts you've spent years avoiding.

What this actually is
Not therapy. Not coaching. Somewhere in between - built for exactly this.
A space where you can say what’s actually going on, without managing how it sounds, without performing capability, without needing to have it figured out before you speak.
The work here is about you, not your business - the patterns, where you keep getting stuck, the gap between what you know and what you actually do, the version of yourself that shows up under pressure and whether that’s the one you want leading the show.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE IN SESSION
I invest deeply in the personal work
Deep, honest, and held with complete confidentiality.
And some of it won’t look like a session at all. Sometimes the realest things come out walking by the coastline, or out for a dance, not sitting across a desk from each other.
I’m not a clinical therapist, and this was never going to look like traditional therapy - I see you, all of you, and I’ll take you wherever the work needs to go.
ABout me
I don’t work from the outside. I’m in the room.
I’m Dani. I don’t work from the outside. I’m in the room... the business, the person, whichever’s actually holding things up - until it moves.
That’s not a sales line. It’s just how I’ve always worked.
I didn’t plan to end up here. I just kept following the thing underneath the thing - in my own life, then in everyone else’s.

WHEN NOTHING SEEMS TO SHIFT
What you can expect
to feel
Held, mostly - like you’ve finally found somewhere safe enough to stop performing.
Relief at not having to explain yourself before you’re seen. Clarity about the pattern you’ve sensed for a long time but never quite found the words to name out loud.
And slowly, capacity - not from being told what to do, but from finally being seen clearly enough to do it differently.
It’s not the right fit if you’re after a quick read on yourself rather than real, ongoing work - or if part of you is hoping to be told you’re right and that nothing actually needs to shift.
A note on fit
This is open to business owners, high performers, and anyone moving through a real personal transition like divorce, motherhood, a season that feels like winter - business isn’t a requirement here.
What matters more is honesty: you don’t need to have this figured out, but you do need to be willing to actually look.

The Inner Room is a personal 1:1 container for people ready to look honestly at a pattern, transition, or weight they have been carrying alone. It sits between therapy and coaching – built for people who are performing well on the outside and know something underneath hasn't been looked at yet.
Business owners, founders, high performers, and anyone moving through a significant personal transition such as divorce, a difficult season, or a gap between who they are and who they want to be. Business is not a requirement.
No. It is not therapy, and it is not coaching. It sits somewhere between the two, built for exactly this. Dani is trained as a psychotherapist, but The Inner Room is not a clinical therapeutic relationship. It is personal, deep and held with complete confidentiality.
Sessions are hybrid – in person where possible, online when not. Package-based and shaped around what you are carrying. Some sessions won't look like a traditional session at all.
No. It is open to anyone navigating something real they are ready to look at honestly – high performers, people in significant life transitions and those who simply know something is off and want somewhere safe to say it.
You don’t need fixing. You need clarity that fits, support that holds, and strategy that reflects who you actually are.
