In Residence
Your business is established and working — probably better than you let yourself admit — but something’s shifted.
The effort that used to create momentum has stopped. The same problems keep resurfacing. You’re carrying more of it than you should be, and you’re tired of being the only one who can move it forward.
Maybe the spark that used to come with all of this has gone quiet too, and you can’t quite remember when.

Client Love
When I’m facing a difficult decision, feeling stuck, or trying to work through a challenge, she’s the first person I call. I honestly can’t imagine my business without her.
— In Residence client, Founder, Finance Business
She reads a business quickly, tells you what actually matters, and gets it done. No fluff. Execution. And in the most humble, human way.
— In Residence client, CEO, Residential Building Company
She's rebuilt our systems, strengthened our compliance, improved our workflows, introduced accountability, refined our processes — but perhaps her greatest contribution has been helping us become better people and a stronger team.
— In Residence client, Founder, Finance
She quickly identified that many of the challenges we thought were isolated problems were actually symptoms of gaps in our systems, leadership, accountability and hiring
— In Residence client, CEO, Residential Building Company
She doesn't simply tell you what should happen. She builds it with you, implements it, holds people accountable and keeps moving the business forward

What I actually do
I’m another seat at the table. Someone in the business with you, beside you, helping you decide where to focus your energy next. I'm not here to hand you more to do — when you're already stretched thin, more isn't the answer. I'm here to help you spot the roadblocks and clear the way, so there's finally enough space to breathe and think clearly again.

I observe.
I’m in the room with you — watching a normal day unfold, meeting your people, not just reading your org chart. People show me more than they tell me. That’s where the real picture starts.

I name it.
There’s a spot where what your business needs and what’s actually in place doesn’t line up. A structure that was never built. A conversation everyone’s avoiding. A number quietly telling a story nobody wants to hear. An underlying dynamic that feels a bit like trying to watch a movie with the dryer on in the next room.

We build.
Whatever’s needed — systems, people, the hard conversations — we work through it, together. I don’t hand you a report to action alone. Whether it’s sitting between a founder and the person they can’t afford to lose, rewriting a role someone’s drowning in or simplifying the office workflow, I stay until it's working — not just on paper, but in the business, properly. That’s where the relief starts.
And somewhere in all of it, it becomes about you too. Not as a side project, but because the business won’t hold what we build unless you’re holding it differently too. You stop carrying it alone. You start seeing what you couldn’t see before… and you start trusting your own read on things again.

What makes this work different
I invest deeply in the businesses
Most consultants see the business problem. Most therapists see the people. And most coaches don’t get hands-on.
I see the problem, the human, the pattern underneath it keeping it stuck and I roll-up my sleeves. That’s the part that actually moves when it’s named.
I don’t advise from a distance. I invest deeply in the businesses I work with that I genuinely become part of the team — not a consultant who checks in, not a therapist or coach who checks out, but someone who’s actually there, by your side.
I pick up the phone. I sit in on the conversation with your accountant, because I actually understand the language and I'm not leaving you to translate it alone. I check in after a hard conversation, not just when we have the next scheduled call. Call it old school, but that's me.
What this work really looks like
A monthly retainer, shaped around what your business actually needs rather than a fixed package.
We work weekly. Calls, time inside the business, with your team where it matters.
Most clients start with a three-month minimum. Most stay considerably longer — not because the engagement is built to extend - but because things genuinely start moving, and the relief of that is enough reason to keep going.
Engagements typically start at $4,500/month.
ABout me
I don’t work from the outside. I’m in the room.
I’m Dani. I don’t work from the outside. I’m in the room... the business, the person, whichever’s actually holding things up — until it moves.
That’s not a sales line. It’s just how I’ve always worked.
I didn’t plan to end up here. I just kept following the thing underneath the thing — in my own life, then in everyone else’s.

WHEN NOTHING SEEMS TO SHIFT
What you can expect
to feel
Relief, mostly — the kind that comes from finally not carrying it alone.
Clarity about what actually matters and where to focus.
Real movement on what’s been stuck, sometimes for years.
And a business that runs better — not because you worked harder, but because the right structure and support finally exist around you.
A note on fit
It’s not the right fit if you want a framework to action alone, or you’re not yet ready to look honestly at your own part in what’s happening, or what you actually want is someone to tell you what you want to hear.
I also don’t work with everyone or every business — partly capacity, partly that I have to genuinely understand and believe in what you’re building before I say yes.
So not every conversation ends in a relationship here, and I’ll always tell you honestly where you stand.
In Residence is a monthly business advisory retainer where Danielle Vivien Rose works inside the business alongside the founder. Not advising from a distance, not handing back a report to action alone. She observes, identifies where the friction is coming from and builds what's needed. Delivered weekly through calls, time inside the business and team involvement where it matters.
Established business owners and founders at the point where the effort that built the business has stopped moving it forward. The same problems keep resurfacing. They are tired of being the only one who can move things forward and ready to bring someone genuinely inside the business with them.
The minimum commitment is three months. Most clients stay considerably longer – not because the engagement is built to extend, but because things start moving and the momentum is worth continuing.
Engagements typically start at $4,500 per month, shaped around the complexity of the business and what it actually needs.
Most consultants advise from a distance and hand back a report. Most coaches work on mindset without getting into the mechanics of the business. Dani does both. Inside the business, alongside the team, having the avoided conversations, staying until things are working properly.
