Project Work

There’s one specific thing in your business that isn’t working, and you’re done managing around it.

Maybe it’s a hiring process that keeps producing the wrong people. Maybe it’s SOPs that don’t exist outside your own head. Maybe it’s a team structure that made sense at half the size and doesn’t anymore. Maybe it’s the tension between two people who used to work well together and now don’t, and nobody’s addressed it because nobody wants to be the one to start.

You don’t need a whole advisory relationship - you need this one thing actually fixed, properly, by someone who’ll get in and do it.

Client Love

Going through our files in detail, spotting gaps before they became real problems... I felt supported and it genuinely took a load off my mind.

— Project Client, Founder, Finance

If you’re looking for someone to simply motivate you, there are plenty of coaches who can do that. If you’re looking for someone who will fundamentally change the way you understand yourself, your patterns, your leadership and your life, Danielle is unlike anyone I’ve worked with.

- The Inner Room client, Self-Employed, Burn-out Recovery

When I’m facing a difficult decision, feeling stuck, or trying to work through a challenge, she’s the first person I call. I honestly can’t imagine my business without her.

— In Residence client, Founder, Finance Business

What I discovered was that the biggest thing holding me back wasn’t a lack of capability. It was the weight I was carrying, the stories I believed, and the patterns I’d spent years repeating without even realising.”

- The Inner Room client, Self-Employed, Burn-out Recovery

She reads a business quickly, tells you what actually matters, and gets it done. No fluff. Execution. And in the most humble, human way.

— In Residence client, CEO,  Residential Building Company

She's rebuilt our systems, strengthened our compliance, improved our workflows, introduced accountability, refined our processes — but perhaps her greatest contribution has been helping us become better people and a stronger team.

— In Residence client, Founder, Finance

She quickly identified that many of the challenges we thought were isolated problems were actually symptoms of gaps in our systems, leadership, accountability and hiring

— In Residence client, CEO,  Residential Building Company

She doesn't simply tell you what should happen. She builds it with you, implements it, holds people accountable and keeps moving the business forward

— In Residence client, Founder, Finance

Her ability to help me understand and process the things holding me back has been one of the greatest blessings in my life.

— The Inner Room client

She challenges you with kindness, never lets you hide behind excuses, but always creates enough safety that you're willing to look at the parts you've spent years avoiding.

What I actually do

Not a report. Not a set of recommendations you’re left to action yourself.

We name exactly what “fixed” looks like, then I get in and help you build it - hands-on, until it’s actually done.

That might mean rebuilding how a role is structured so it stops failing the next three people who take it. Writing the SOPs that should have existed years ago, the ones that live in your head and nowhere else right now. Restructuring a team that’s outgrown its own shape.

Whatever the project is, it gets real implementation - not advice you still have to find time to execute.

What it looks like practically

Most people hand you a deck and step back.

I stay until it’s actually working - properly, not just on paper.

Scoped to the problem, not to a calendar. We agree on what good looks like up front, and the project runs until that’s true - not for a fixed number of weeks regardless of where things land.

Investment depends on scope; we’ll talk specifics once we know exactly what we’re solving.

Who this is built for

Business owners with one real, contained problem - not the whole business, just this - who want it solved properly, not outsourced to someone who doesn’t understand how the business actually works.

ABout me

I don’t work from the outside. I’m in the room.

I’m Dani. I don’t work from the outside. I’m in the room... the business, the person, whichever’s actually holding things up - until it moves.

That’s not a sales line. It’s just how I’ve always worked.

I didn’t plan to end up here. I just kept following the thing underneath the thing - in my own life, then in everyone else’s.

A note on fit

This works best when the problem has a clear shape and a clear finish line. If what’s actually going on is bigger than one project - if it’s the whole business that needs someone inside it, not just one piece - In Residence is probably the better starting point.

And if what you’re carrying is more personal than operational, that’s what the Inner Room is for.

You don’t need to know what you need before you reach out.

Most people don’t, until we’re already talking.

  • A contained, clearly shaped problem with a visible finish line. Examples include operational systems, SOPs, team restructuring, hiring strategy, performance frameworks or office operations.

  • Projects are scoped to the problem, not a fixed calendar. The engagement runs until the agreed outcome is met.

  • Investment depends on scope and is confirmed upfront once the problem is clearly defined.

  • If the problem has a clear shape and a clear finish line, Project Work is the right fit. If the whole business needs someone inside it rather than just one piece, In Residence is the better starting point.
