Most people treat their inner world and their business as two separate things. That separation is usually where the real problem lives. The team isn’t performing. Cash flow feels tight again. Growth has stalled. Culture feels heavier than it should. So they look for solutions where they’ve been trained to look: strategy, systems, hires, tools, optimisation. Sometimes those things are genuinely needed. But often, they don’t create the relief people are actually hoping for.

Action works well when the underlying lens is clear. But when the lens is distorted — by fear, urgency, over-responsibility, avoidance, or self-doubt — action simply reinforces the same pattern.
